Bricklayers Local 4 IN/KY started out as independent Locals (now Chapters) throughout both states with a common International. As Locals such as Elkhart merged with other Locals such as South Bend, it became evident that one megalocal would best serve the membership. Today we are one large Local comprised of members from both Indiana and Kentucky. Thre is on central office for Local 4 IN/KY in Indianapolis, Indiana.
